ROS Legacy is Mirae Labs’ free Open Beta battle royale. Matches drop 100 players onto a shrinking battleground, then ask you to loot, outgun, and outlast every other squad. The live client is on Windows and Android today. iOS stays Coming Soon in the official mobile chooser, with no App Store or Google Play listing. Create a Mirae ID, install only the files from dl.roslegacy.net, and you can queue Solo, Duo, or Squad. This wiki is a field-notes desk for that first hour: official download records, account rules, community URLs, and the systems the publisher actually names.

What ROS Legacy is
The official homepage calls ROS Legacy a fast, tactical battle royale shooter. The pitch is short: drop in, gear up, and fight to be the last one standing. Mirae Labs is credited as author, creator, publisher, and “Developed by” on that same page. JSON-LD prices the offer at 0 USD and the marketing copy repeats Free To Play, so you do not pay a storefront to enter Open Beta.
The live phase marker is Open Beta, free and open to everyone. Official Release is the next roadmap slot and still has no calendar date. A hero line also claims 100K+ Active Players; treat that as publisher marketing, not a live scoreboard. Steam store search, App Store lookup, and Google Play search do not list a Mirae Labs ROS Legacy product, which is why the only installers that matter are the Windows zip and the Android APK on the official download hosts.
Open Beta status and the next phase
The official roadmap lists five phases. Alpha Test, Pre-Closed Beta Test, and Closed Beta are marked Completed. Open Beta is Live. Official Release is Next and still has no calendar day at all. The playable answer is Open Beta on Windows and Android today.
That is also why this homepage leads with download and register instead of a countdown. You can install today, make a Mirae ID, and queue. When Mirae Labs publishes a launch date, it will appear on roslegacy.net first. Until then, treat Official Release as an undated promise and use Discord plus Facebook for patch talk rather than guessing a window. The five-phase board is the whole public calendar: three completed tests, one live Open Beta, and one unnamed launch. No maintenance clock sits beside it, so if the queue is down you check those two social destinations instead of a status URL that does not exist.
Playable systems after the first drop
Once the client launches, the official modes board is Solo, Duo, and Squad. The feature list names sprawling battlegrounds, a shrinking storm, a lootable weapon arsenal with attachments and rarities, squad pings and revives, ranked seasons copy, and Advanced Anti-Cheat. The marketing page does not publish map names, weapon stats, or a live ranked ladder widget, so those figures are absent here.
That gap is the point of the gameplay and first drop pages: they stay inside what Mirae Labs printed, then walk a new player through download, account, and the first queue.
