SOLO
1 player
One drop, one survivor. Pure skill, zero backup.
ROS LegacyModes, storm, arsenal

Official ROS Legacy gameplay is a 100-player tactical battle royale. The modes board prints Solo, Duo, and Squad. The feature list names massive battlegrounds, a shrinking storm zone, a deep weapon arsenal with attachments and rarities, squad tactics with pings and revives, ranked seasons copy, and Advanced Anti-Cheat. Mirae Labs has not published map names, weapon damage tables, or a live ranked UI on the marketing site. The notes below follow those printed systems so you can plan a first drop without fake stats. Read the live copy on roslegacy.net.
1 player
One drop, one survivor. Pure skill, zero backup.
2 players
Pair up and cover each other through every fight.
4 players
Teams built for full tactical control.
Sprawling maps, rooftop sniping to close-quarters. No map names are printed on the official site.
Dozens of weapons with attachments, rarities, and squad roles. Individual names and numbers are not published.
The battlefield closes in; rotate, hold, or force fights.
Solo, duo, or squads with pings, revives, and shared loadouts.
Seasonal ladder, rewards, cosmetics, and a resetting leaderboard in the product copy. Open Beta does not show a live ladder widget on the marketing page.
A dedicated unnamed security system on every match. No vendor product name is given.

The official modes board is three tiles. SOLO is one drop, one survivor, with the line “pure skill, zero backup.” DUO is two players who cover each other through every fight. SQUAD is four players, “teams built for full tactical control.” That is the only first-party match-size list. The marketing page does not add a ranked playlist widget or a training range tile, so extra queues stay off this list. Read the tile text in the client if a fourth mode appears later; until then the board is Solo, Duo, Squad. Ranked copy exists; a live ladder widget does not appear on the marketing page.
Pick a size before you parachute. Solo removes revives from your plan. Duo and Squad lean on the printed squad tools: pings, revives, and shared loadouts. If your group is three, the board still only names 1, 2, and 4; there is no printed trio mode. Queue the size the client actually offers after you sign in with Mirae ID. Those three tiles are the match-size contract until Mirae Labs adds another row on roslegacy.net.
Massive Battlegrounds is described as sprawling maps that run from rooftop sniping to close-quarters. The official art shows a coastal island with a city, water, and mountains under a parachute drop. No district names, POI list, or circle timings appear on roslegacy.net. Until Mirae Labs prints those, treat any named town as unofficial.
Shrinking Storm Zone is the rotation rule: the battlefield closes in, and you rotate, hold, or force fights. Combined with the 100-player drop, that is the whole published loop. A first match plan that stays inside those facts is simple: land, loot while the field is wide, move when the storm closes, and fight when the remaining space forces contact. Exact storm damage per tick is not published, so do not bank on a copied number from another battle royale. The coastal island in the official drop art is the visual, not a labelled POI map yet.
Deep Weapon Arsenal promises dozens of weapons with attachments, rarities, and squad roles. That sentence is the entire official roster. There is no gun name, no magazine size, no headshot multiplier, and no attachment tree on the marketing site. Those blanks stay empty rather than borrowing classic Rules of Survival loadouts. If a site lists an M4 damage value for ROS Legacy, it is not citing roslegacy.net.
What you can plan is role talk at the squad level. The publisher ties weapons to squad roles and rarities, which means a four-player drop can split close-range and long-range jobs once you see the loot. Attachments exist. Rarities exist. Names wait for a patch note or an in-client inspection screen. After you install, read the gun in your hands rather than a table of invented magazine sizes. Duo partners can ping a rarity they cannot use instead of arguing over a name nobody printed.
Mirae Labs has not published a graphics preset, a mouse sensitivity, or a gyroscope recommendation. After install, use the in-client options. Any dpi, ADS multiplier, or “best Android settings” list you meet in chat is a player suggestion, not an official sheet. Start from the defaults on your first drop, then change one control at a time if the camera feels wrong. No settings table is printed here.
Ranked Seasons appear as a pillar and inside the Official Release blurb: seasonal ladder, rewards, cosmetics, resetting leaderboard. The Open Beta page does not mount a live ranked widget, so you may or may not see that ladder in the current client. Advanced Anti-Cheat is named without a vendor. Play on the official Windows zip or Android APK; cracked loaders are how you leave that protection. For how this Open Beta relates to the 2017 NetEase game, see Rules of Survival legacy.
