roslegacy.net is the official ROS Legacy marketing site run with Mirae Labs. This FAQ answers leftover host, login, iOS, and lookalike questions that still show up after the download and register pages. Official files live on dl.roslegacy.net. Accounts live on mirae-labs.com. Discord and Facebook are the only social destinations linked from the homepage. ROS Origin and ROS Reborn are different search entities. If a short answer needs a full walkthrough, the links below send you to that desk. Steam has no Mirae Labs product listing at all now, so do not wait on a store page tonight either.
Official hosts versus lookalikes
Keep a short allowlist: roslegacy.net, dl.roslegacy.net, edge.roslegacy.net, cdn.mobile.roslegacy.net, and mirae-labs.com. Discord invites from the homepage and the Facebook page named ROS: Legacy are the social pair. Everything else is optional reading or a different product. ros-legacy.net (this wiki) explains those hosts; it does not ship the client.
Queries for roslegacy.net, ros legacy net, and ros legacy.net all want that official homepage. If a result asks you to log in on a different domain, stop. If a result offers an APK with a 14 September filename, that object already 404s. Use the live Android route instead of any dated filename a friend forwards.
If you are still stuck
Installer problems belong on the Windows or Android pages, where filename and byte size are written next to the official URL. Account problems belong on register, which restates the Mirae field rules. Status questions belong on release date: Open Beta live, Official Release undated. Gameplay questions belong on gameplay and first drop.
Chat belongs on the official Discord. Do not paste passwords there. Do not accept a “GM” file. If you arrived from a Rules of Survival nostalgia search, read Other ROS before you mix clients. If a host is not on that allowlist, treat the file as unofficial even when the icon looks right.

Yes. Open Beta is live and free. roslegacy.net is the official site; the same app also answers on roslegacy.com. Downloads use dl.roslegacy.net. Create the player ID on mirae-labs.com/register. This wiki at ros-legacy.net is an unofficial fan desk that points at those hosts, not a second launcher.
Where do I download the Windows zip and the Android APK?
Windows is https://dl.roslegacy.net/full, currently ROSLegacy_Install_202609251811.zip at 8,251,115,387 bytes. Android is https://dl.roslegacy.net/android/apk, currently RoS-Legacy-2026091811.apk at 108,574,372 bytes. Do not use Google Drive, APK mirrors, or dl.mythgames.net/rosl/full, which 404s.
How do I sign in, sign up, or reset the password?
Sign up at https://mirae-labs.com/register with a 3–12 character alphanumeric username, email, mixed-case password with a number, and birthdate. Sign in at https://mirae-labs.com/login using email or username plus password. Reset at https://mirae-labs.com/reset-password, which emails a one-time link to the Mirae ID inbox.
Why is iOS missing, and is there a Play Store page?
The official mobile dialog disables iOS and labels it Coming Soon. App Store lookup does not return a ROS Legacy client. Google Play search does not list a Mirae Labs package either. Android is a sideloaded official APK, not a store install. Wait for the official chooser to enable iOS rather than hunting an IPA.
Is ROS Origin, ROS Reborn, or ros.mythgames the same game?
No. ROS Legacy is the Mirae Labs Open Beta on roslegacy.net. ROS Origin on rulesofsurvival.net is an Obsidian Games revival with its own disclaimer. ROS Reborn is a separate search entity with no Mirae Labs product page. ros.mythgames.net does not resolve, and the old Myth Games installer 404s.
